Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with the Cambridge Pages Monitor Meta app used by Cambridge Child Development Centre.
What to include
Please include enough information for us to identify the request, such as the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account involved, the email address used to contact the centre, and a short description of the information you want deleted. Do not send your Facebook password, Meta access token, app secret, authentication code, or unnecessary child information.
What we will do
We will verify the request where reasonably necessary, search the local Hermes workspace and operational records for matching information, delete information that we control and no longer need, and confirm the result. Information may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or documented business-record reasons; if so, we will explain that limitation.
Current app status
The Cambridge Pages Monitor Meta app is still being configured and has not completed Page or Instagram API authorization. At present, it does not receive Meta API data. If no matching data exists, we will confirm that no Meta integration data was found.
Scope
This request covers information processed through the Cambridge Pages Monitor app. It does not automatically delete content that you independently posted on Facebook or Instagram. To remove a post, comment, or message from Meta’s platform, use Meta’s own controls or contact Meta directly. We can delete information held in the Cambridge/Hermes systems that we control.
